Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Article One – Introduction and Definitions

The preamble above is an integral part of this agreement. The following terms and definitions apply:

  • (Store): Refers to Abdullah Bin Taleb Trading & Industry Company’s online and physical store platforms.
  • (User): Any consumer purchasing a product or service from the store through its electronic platform.
  • (Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties.

Article Two – Legal Capacity of the User

The user acknowledges they possess legal capacity under Sharia and statutory laws to deal with the store, and are at least 18 years old. The user agrees to bear responsibility for any violation of this condition.

Article Three – Nature of the Store’s Commitment

The store is committed to providing the service or product requested by the user. It may also provide additional services such as after-sales service depending on the nature of the product or service.

Article Four – Usage Regulations

  • The user agrees to use the store’s platform in accordance with public morals and applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.
  • The user shall not use the products or services in a way that violates these laws or norms.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations

  • Upon registering, the user agrees to provide accurate and updated information, and to maintain the confidentiality of their account.
  • Any unauthorized use should be reported immediately.
  • The store is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
  • Users are solely responsible for their accounts.

Article Six – Electronic Communication

  • All communication shall be via the registered email.
  • Any agreements, notices, or communications sent electronically shall be considered legally binding.
  • The store may communicate general messages to all or selected users.

Article Seven – Modifications and Fees

  • The store may modify the agreement at any time and notify the user through official communication channels.
  • If the user disagrees, they must stop using the service.
  • Fees are in SAR and may vary depending on the product, service, or government requirements.

Article Eight – Payment Services

  • Payment may be completed online or through methods provided by the store.
  • The store commits to pricing services according to market standards and providing proper invoicing and documentation.

Article Nine – Personal Information

  • The user grants the store a global, perpetual, royalty-free right to use personal or submitted information to support the platform’s operations.
  • Privacy is governed by the store’s privacy policy.

Article Ten – Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights belong to the store, including the store’s name, logos, and content.
  • Users must respect these rights and not use any elements without permission.

Article Eleven – Store Liability

  • The store operates legally under Saudi laws.
  • It is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by user error, third parties, or negligence.
  • All products and services must comply with legal and religious standards.

Article Twelve – Information Confidentiality

  • The store applies organizational and technical standards to protect personal data.
  • However, complete confidentiality over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
  • The store may use information to improve services or for marketing purposes.

Article Thirteen – Account Suspension

The store reserves the right to suspend or cancel any user account or restrict access without prior notice.

Article Fourteen – Exchange Policy

  • Users may exchange a product within 7 days of receipt, provided it remains unused and in good condition.
  • The store may inspect the product before approving the exchange.

Article Fifteen – Return Policy

  • Users may cancel and return a product within 7 days of receipt if unused and in good condition.
  • Chemical items are excluded.

Article Sixteen – Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Eighteen – Order Cancellation

  • Users may cancel an order before execution or shipment.
  • If cancellation occurs after execution starts, fees may be deducted.

Article Nineteen – Warranty Policy

  • The store guarantees the quality of its products/services. Users may request support for manufacturing defects, but misuse and third-party tampering are not covered.

Article Twenty – Customer Support

Customer service and technical support are available through the app within specified and announced hours.

Article Twenty-One – Reviews and Comments

  • Users may leave reviews, provided they are respectful and objective.
  • The store reserves the right to delete offensive or false comments.

Article Twenty-Two – Emergencies and Risks

  • If an unexpected issue arises during service, the user will be notified and may choose to wait or reschedule.
  • The store is not liable for user negligence or misuse.

Article Twenty-Three – General Provisions

  • If any clause is invalidated, the rest remain enforceable.
  • The Arabic language shall be used for interpretation.
  • Prices and promotions may change without prior notice.
  • All dealings shall conform to applicable laws and religious norms.
  • This agreement may only be terminated by the store’s management.
