Exchange and Return Policy

Policy Overview
To ensure the proper organization of sales transactions, regulate exchange and return procedures, and standardize the process across all Bin Taleb Swimming Pools branches, the Company adopts the following Exchange and Return Policy:
Original Invoice
The original invoice must be presented to complete any exchange or return.
If the original invoice is unavailable, no exchange or return will be permitted.

Chemical products are fully excluded from the Exchange and Return Policy under all circumstances, except where a manufacturing defect or fault in the product has been proven.
Place of Exchange or Return
All exchanges and returns must be processed through the same branch where the original purchase was made, as stated on the invoice.
Product Condition
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be:
- Unused.
- Unopened.
- In its original condition and original packaging.
Electrical and Electronic Products
Electrical and electronic products are subject to technical inspection by the authorized service center of Bin Taleb Swimming Pools.
The product must be inspected and confirmed to be in proper condition before any exchange or return is approved.
No exchange or return will be processed until a technical report has been issued confirming the condition of the product and the absence of misuse.
Special Orders
Special-order products that are supplied or imported specifically at the customer's request are not eligible for exchange or return.
